Personal Visual Wellness Observations
Our Wellness Observers provide a non-intrusive, visual observation of the family member for any noticeable physical injuries possibly related to falling, other home hazzard or injuries (i.e. bruises, swelling, cuts, etc).
*This visual observation is not intended to diagnose, treat any medical condition, or replace a medical examination; only to advise the client of our observations via our online checklist.
Interior and Exterior Residential Hazard Observation
Our Wellness Observers provides a thorough visual observation of the exterior and interior for residential hazzards.

Exterior hazzards can include but are not limited to yard obstructions, damaged sidewalks/driveways, poor lighting and other exterior hazzards.

Interior hazzards can include but are not limited to damanged ceilings, walls and floors/carpet, mold, stains, and other unusual odors. Our observers will not enter any locked closets, cabinets or doors.
* This visual observations is not intended to replace a home inspection; However, they are intended to advise the client of our observations. We have no third party affliations with repair services or home inspectors. We simply adivise the client of our observations so they may take further action at their own discretion.
Mailings and Documentation Observation
Our Wellness Observers provide a non-intrusive, visual observation of present mailings, letters and documents for scam or fraudulent activity. This can include home repair requests, yard requests, financial donations, credit card applications, and unsolicited phone calls or visits.
*We do not open any sealed documents, we only advise clients of our observations.
