We at the Extended Family Wellness Services family, personally believe in providing high quality, reliable, confidential and ethical home based visitation services to the Georgia At- Risk population.  Our three tier checklist provides the folllowing services:  a personal injury observation, a residential hazzards observation, letters, mailings, and document observation for scams and fradulent activity.  We then provide that information to the client.   We view ourselfs as partners with our clients, employees, and the community.  No one should ever feel neglected or alone.  Our motto is   "We can be there when you can't!"
