We serve the Georgia At-Risk Adult population:

 

• Live in institutionalized settings

• Are from diverse cultures

• Have limited English proficiency or are non-English speaking

• Are transportation disadvantaged

• Have chronic medical disorders

• Have Pharmacological dependency

• Are elderly (adults 65+)

• Are young adults (18+ with a disability)

 

 

We visit those whose loved ones who live far away and cannot be visited as often as their families would like.  Let us be part of your extended family.
