Extended Family Wellness Services is a local State of Georgia based registered and insured home based family wellness service.  Our trustworthy and ethical staff visits clients wherever they are as often as needed; providing professional, courteous, and timely service.  We are not doctors or nurses.  We do not medicate, bring meals or recommend home repairs.  We focus on home safety and specialize in peace of mind with the At-Risk Adult community!  We bring a hand shake, a hug, or just a smile to let your loved one know that they are not alone and not forgotten.  We observe and report hazzards related to (falls) which include; biological, behavioral and environmental risk factors.   We will listen to their story's both long and short; then let the contractual representative know their fears and concerns.
